Tmark Conseils is the holder of the domain name <Tmark.fr> and holds all the intellectual property rights related to the Website, the various elements that comprise it, such as logos, texts and articles.

Use of all or part of the Website, whether it be through the reproduction, transmission, representation or distribution, for purposes other than those of a personal and private use is strictly forbidden and will be considered as infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

TMARK CONSEILS is responsible for the processing of the personal data of Users of the Website and pledges to ensure their protection, in accordance with the French Data Protection Law No. 78-17 dated 6 January 1978 related to information technology, files and liberties in its modified version, as well as General Data Protection Regulation of Personal Data No. 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016.

It only keeps the data for the time necessary for the operations for which they are collected, also respecting the regulation in force.
